Even though UFirst will do at its best to keep your data confidential, UFirst does not guarantee that information sent through the use of this Site shall remain confidential. By assessing and using this Site, you expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia in any and all actions, disputes, or controversies arising from this Terms of Use. Those who access the Site from other locations do so entirely at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

UFirst has the right at its sole discretion without notice to modify the Term of Use at any point of time which seems suitable to fit on the evolving nature of the web. Term of Use (Mobile Apps)

Using of this UFirst Mobile Apps (“Application”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use may be revised by UFirst Perodua Passport (“UFirst”) from time to time, and is a binding agreement between the user (“user”) and UFirst governing the use of the application. By downloading or installing this application user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms. If user does not agree to these terms user should uninstall this application immediately.

UFirst Mobile App has no control over and is not responsible or liable for any matters relating to your dealings or transactions with such third parties and over any third-party content, syndicated content, applications, services, sites, advertisements, links, privacy policies and/or practices of any such third-parties that may be accessible via the UFirst Mobile App. It is your responsibility to check the privacy policies and terms of service and usage of all third party sites that you visit prior to downloading or using any such Third Party Applications.
