Can you tell me what is UFirst Perodua Passport?
UFirst Perodua Passport is a newly launched loyalty program that is conducted and operated by Perodua Sales Sdn. Bhd. The purposes for this program are extending rewards and privileges for loyal members of Perodua.
 
What are the benefits to me in joining this program? How does it work?
In joining this program, you have the privilege in participating in a campaign and program which is specifically design for our members only. Furthermore, our members will also get an invitation for special events, new product launches, and also able to participate in survey activities for future enhancement of Perodua products.

Our membership program also provides a continual special incentives and also special offers or discount based on the campaign held at that time. The way this program works is mainly by collecting UKredit and UKoin through various channels. To earn UKredit and UKoin, it can be done by spending at any authorized participated Perodua outlet and also in joining our variety of Perodua’s customer engagement activities. Those UKredit and UKoin can be converted or redeem through Perodua or our merchant partners that will participate in UFirst Perodua Passport. 
 
Who is eligible to join? What are the types of Membership for this program?
UFirst Perodua Passport registration is open to all individual either Malaysian or non-citizen residing in Malaysia which are aged 18 years old and above. Currently there are several membership types for this program, which are:

Is there any cost for me to register for a membership? How do I register?
Registration for this program is free. You may register your membership through online at www.UFirst.com.my, download UFirst Mobile App through Google Play Store or Apple Store, or alternatively you can ask for assistance from outlet’s staff for UFirst registration at authorized participated Perodua outlet.
 
If I already registered for Perodua Female Empowerment Movement (FEM) and Perodua Circle, am I eligible to join this program?
Yes. If you are already a member for FEM or Circle, you will be automatically be a member of UFirst Passport by invitation in which you will receive via SMS, email or other means determined by Perodua.
 
Will UFirst issue me a Membership Card?
As Ufirst do provide a membership e-card which is available in Ufirst Mobile App, thus no physical membership card will be issued to member.
 
How many ID can I register for UFirst Perodua Passport?
You can only register one (1) ID per IC/Passport number but you can register multiple car under your account.
 
Will the program ever change?
Improvement towards our program is always a priority in order to make it better to serve our members and through that UFirst Perodua Passport reserve the right to change the program at any point of time.
