PERODUA Voucher Terms and Conditions:

The Voucher validity is for one (1) year and will be credited to customer in the form of e-Voucher. Once credited, customer can view the e-Voucher via UFirst App/Web (under U-Voucher page). Kindly ensure that you enter a valid contact number and car number during redemption request is made.

This e-Voucher is personalised for a particular car registration number and cannot be used for other car registration number and cannot be transferred to another car.

This e-Voucher entitle the customers for car service up to RM30.00 at any Perodua Service outlets only (Branches and Authorised Dealers).

The value of this e-Voucher is valid for transactions in Ringgit Malaysia.

This e-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

The validity of e-Voucher is as per validity date specified on the e-Voucher. Any expired e-Voucher will not be replaced.

If the value of the services exceed the awarded sum, then the difference will be borne by the customer.

If the value of goods/services is less than the awarded sum, no refund will be entertained.
Redemption Procedures:

Made a redemption via UFirst App or Website (www.ufirst.com.my) .

UFirst Admin will process the redemption within seven (7) working days

UFirst Admin will process the redemption within seven (7) working days from the redemption request date.

The Perodua e-Voucher will be credited to UFirst member account. Once credited, member can view the Perodua e-Voucher via UFirst App/Web (Click button/menu MyPassport> MyRewards> U-Voucher).

Kindly ensure that you enter a valid mobile number and car number during redemption request is made.
