TERMS & CONDITIONS – “UKoin Out, Freebies In” Campaign

The “UKoin In, Freebies Out” is a campaign conducted and operated by Perodua Sales Sdn. Bhd. (“Perodua”).
The “UKoin In, Freebies Out” will be officially commenced on 18th June 2025.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) shall be applicable and binding on all types of events and activities conducted under this campaign.
 
1. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all UFirst “Members” only.

2. Campaign Period
  1. The campaign will run from 18th June 2025 to 18th July 2025, or while stocks last.
  2. Perodua reserves the right to extend or amend the campaign period at any time without prior notice.
3. Redemption Mechanism
  1. Members can redeem the selected exclusive items using UKoin through the UFirst platform or during the Perodua On Tour (POT) event.
  2. Each item will require a specific amount of UKoin as stated in the campaign listing.
  3. The amount of UKoin required for redemption may vary based on promotional activities. UKoin values may differ between the UFirst platform and on-ground redemptions at the Perodua On Tour event.
  4. Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to item availability.
4. Items Available for Redemption
  1. All items are redeemable based on the package details stated below. Available items include, but are not limited to:
                                         Package A: Money Box + Pencil Case
                                         Package B: Sand Arts (Pre - Order)
                                         Package C: Colouring Book + Pencil Colour (Pre - Order) 
  1. The colour and design of the item will be selected at random and are not exchangeable.
  2. All items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  3. All items are not transferable or redeemable for cash or other items.
5. Collection and Delivery
  1. Details regarding the items collection or delivery will be specified at the point of redemption.
  2. We will process and ship out the freebies within 7 working days from the date of redemption.
  3. The pre-ordered package will require 14 working days to process and ship out from the date of redemption.
  4. Members are responsible for providing accurate personal and delivery information.
  5. Perodua will not be held responsible for any failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided.

7. General
  1. Perodua reserves the right to substitute any items with another item of equal value without prior notice.
  2. Perodua reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  3. Perodua’s decision on all matters relating to this campaign shall be final and binding.
