Terms & Conditions:

1. Made a redemption via UFirst App or Website (www.ufirst.com.my).
2. Members will receive the E-Voucher via the registered email address no-reply@wogicom.my
3. Kindly click the link from email to retrieve E-voucher.
4. Kindly follow the redemption procedures step by step until successful
5. UFirst Admin will process the redemption within seven (7) working days from the redemption request date.
6. During the redemption request, please ensure that you enter a valid email address for the delivery of the E-Voucher.
7. No physical voucher will be posted the mailing address

How to redeem
• Step 1: Click on the Activation URL, make sure you have installed the Grab app and logged in.
• Step 2: Click ‘Pick Your Gift’, then proceed with saving the voucher to your My Rewards page.
• Step 3: Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown you prefer (if applicable).
• Step 4: The voucher has been redeemed. Click ‘View My Rewards’.
• Step 5: Go through the booking steps and click "Offer" to use your voucher.
