Terms & Conditions:

1. Made a redemption via UFirst App or Website (www.ufirst.com.my).
2. Members will receive the E-Voucher via the registered email address no-reply@wogicom.my
3. Kindly click the link from email to retrieve E-voucher.
4. Kindly follow the redemption procedures step by step until successful
5. UFirst Admin will process the redemption within seven (7) working days from the redemption request date.
6. During the redemption request, please ensure that you enter a valid email address for the delivery of the E-Voucher.
7. No physical voucher will be posted the mailing address

 
 
How to redeem
1) Present your mobile device with an open gift e-voucher.
2) Increase your mobile's brightness to maximum by going to the brightness settings.
3) Use the pinch-to-zoom gesture to enlarge the barcode on your screen to the cashier for scanning.
