These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and redemption of the “UFirst Plushie Collectible Series” offered by Perodua Sales Sdn. Bhd. ("Perodua") through the UFirst App.
 
The UFirst Plushie Collectible Series will officially launch on 19 September 2026.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) shall be applicable and binding on all types of events and activities conducted under the UFirst Plushie Collectible Series.
 
Campaign Period

• The UFirst Plushie Collectible Series will be available for purchase and redemption starting 19 September 2026 onwards, while stocks last.

Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all registered UFirst Members.

 
Purchase & Redemption Methods

• Members may obtain the plushies exclusively through the UFirst App using one of the following methods:

Plushie Series

• The first UFirst Plushie Collectible Series consists of the following characters:

Ativa	Axia	Aruz
Divo	Zizi	Ruzz

Blind Box Concept (Random Selection)

• Plushies are sold and redeemed under a blind box concept.
• The character received will be randomly assigned.
• Members are not allowed to select, inspect, exchange, or request a specific character prior to or after purchase/redemption.

Early Bird Promotion

• Special Early Bird pricing is limited to the first 1,000 units only.

• Once the allocation of 1,000 units has been fully redeemed or purchased, the normal selling price will automatically apply.

Purchase Avaibility

• Plushies are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Successful purchase or redemption is subject to stock availability at the time of transaction.

Order Fulfilment

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 working days upon successful purchase or redemption.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics arrangements.

Payment & UKoin Deduction

• All payments and UKoin deductions made for successful purchases or redemptions are deemed final.
• No refund, cancellation, reversal, or reinstatement of UKoin will be entertained once the order has been confirmed, except in circumstances determined by Perodua.

Exchange & Return

• Exchanges or returns will only be accepted for items received in defective or damaged condition.
• Requests for exchange due to receiving duplicate characters will not be entertained.
• Any claim for defective or damaged items must be reported within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Customer Day Activities

• Mini Plushie Launching Activities conducted during Customer Day are intended for promotional purposes only.
• Plushies will not be available for direct purchase at the event venue unless otherwise communicated by the organizer.
• Purchases and redemptions must be completed through the UFirst App.

General

1. Perodua will process the Member’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice which is accessible at https://www.perodua.com.my/legal-notices/privacy-policy.
2. Perodua shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics disruptions, technical issues, or force majeure events.
3. Perodua reserves the right to amend, modify, postpone, suspend, or terminate this UFirst Plushie Collectible Series and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. Perodua's decision on all matters relating to this UFirst Plushie Collectible Series shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
5. By participating, Members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
