  1. For each UFirst member, the maximum quantity allowed to be purchased is 1x purchase.
  2. Upon checkout, at the Additional Info section, please ensure that you key-in your VALID:

    3. Email Address
  3. No physical voucher shall be printed and delivered to home address as this is digital e-Voucher redemption.
  4. Any unsuccessful redemption, the system will credit back the UKoin into member account within one hour. 
  5. UFirst Admin will credit your e-voucher into your account within seven (7) working days from the date of the successful purchase.
  6. You may view your e-Voucher via UFirst App / Web (Click button MyPassport > MyRewards > U-Voucher).
  7. Perodua reserves the right to amend the T&C and cancel any redemptions at any time without prior notice.
  8. If there is any fraud or suspicious redemption being made, Perodua reserves the right to cancel and reject the redemption made by the customers.
  9.  Any request for redemption cancellation after the payment is made will not be entertained. Please ensure that you confirm to purchase the voucher before proceed with the payment.

PERODUA E-voucher Terms and Conditions:
  1. The Voucher validity is for one (1) year and will be credited to customer in the form of e-Voucher.
  2. This e-Voucher is personalised for a particular car registration number and cannot be used for other car registration number and cannot be transferred to another car.
  3. This e-Voucher entitle the customers for car service or purchase parts & accessories at any Perodua Service outlets only (Branches and Authorised Dealers). 
  4. The value of this e-Voucher is valid for transactions in Ringgit Malaysia. 
  5. This e-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
  6. The validity of e-Voucher is as per validity date specified on the e-Voucher. Any expired e-Voucher will not be replaced. 
  7. If the value of the services exceed the awarded sum, then the difference will be borne by the customer.
  8. If the value of goods/services is less than the awarded sum, no refund will be entertained.
