UFirst Admin will process the redemption within seven (7) working days from the redemption request date.
During the redemption request, please ensure that you enter a valid email address for the delivery of the E-Voucher.
No physical voucher will be posted the mailing address
How to redeem
1) Present your mobile device with an open gift e-voucher.
2) Increase your mobile's brightness to maximum by going to the brightness settings.
3) Use the pinch-to-zoom gesture to enlarge the barcode on your screen to the cashier for scanning.
