What is Request for Quotation (RFQ) Button?
The RFQ button is a convenient feature for Perodua owners to know their vehicle insurance expiry date and make a request for insurance quotation to Perodua owner’s preferred Perodua outlets.
 
How to use RFQ Button?
Firstly, Go to UFirst menu by pressing menu button or by sliding your screen from left to right. Select Perodua Total Protect Plus then click Request for insurance renewal button. You will be required to complete Insurance Request Form. Press submit to send the request. Your selected outlet will be alerted via email.
 
How long does it take to get my ins Quotation?
You will receive quotation reply from Perodua outlet within 24 hours of working days.
 
My preferred ins panel not available on the selected outlet.
You may select another outlet with your preferred panel for RFQ.
 
Can I RFQ with outlet outside my residential area?
Yes, you may select any Perodua outlet regardless their address.
 
How can I identify which outlet offer insurance renewal?
Currently all Perodua showrooms offering Insurance Renewal for Perodua Total Protect Plus
 
If I satisfied with the insurance quotation, what should I do to proceed with renewal?
You may call your preferred Perodua outlet to proceed with Insurance Renewal.

You may find the button in UFirst mobile app menu. Click on Perodua Total Protect Plus to proceed.
