Login into your UFirst account.
Click E-Appointment side menu to view your e-appointment.
Click "View Appointment" tab to view your e-appointment.
Verify the appointment status before proceeding with appointment cancellation. Appointment cancellation can only be made if the appointment status is under "Booking". If the status is "Confirmed", please call the respective outlet to make service appointment cancellation.
Click "Cancel" button to proceed with appointment cancellation
Confirmation dialog will popup upon clicking cancel button, click to confirm your cancellation request.
Select the reason that causes you to cancel the service appointment request.
Click "Submit" to complete your service appointment cancellation request.
