Move your cursor to the E-Appointment icon on the right hand side of the screen. |

Click on "Create E-Appointmennt" to view the E-Appointment menu. |

Upon reading and understanding the disclaimer of E-Appointment, click "Close" to proceed to the E-Appointment screen |

|
To make your E-Appointment, select the car registration number that you wish to request for servicing.  |
|
|
Select your preferred state of service outlet.  |
|
|
Select your preferred service outlet to make your service booking. |
|
|
Verify or edit the recorded contact number for service confirmation call and service reminder.  |
|
|
Fill in sender's name for our service outlet to prepare the appointment schedule. |
|
|
Select your preferred date for service booking request. |
|
|
Select your preferred time slot for service booking request. |
|
 |
|
|
Upon filling all the necessary info, click "Submit" to proceed with your service E-Appointment slot request. |
|
|
Read and understand the prompt alert as your Service E-Appointment has been blocked and awaiting further process. |
