Open the UFirst mobile app and click MyPassport to proceed with login/registration. |

For a non-UFirst member, do proceed to register/activate your UFirst account by clicking "Sign-Up". |

Upon login, tap the home icon on top of right hand side. |
|
Tap the E-Appointment icon to view E-Appointment request screen. |
|
|
|
Select the car registration number that you wish to request for service appointment. |
|
Tap "Book Now" to make your service E-Appointment. |
|
|
|
Upon reading and understanding the disclaimer of E-Appointment, tap "OK" to proceed to the E-Appointment screen |
|
|
|
Verify or edit the contact number that was recorded for service confirmation call and also service reminder |
|
Enter the sender's name for service outlet to prepare the schedule correctly. |
|
Tap the preferred service outlet column to edit and choose the service outlet that you plan to book for service e-appointment. |
|
|
|
To view your preferred service outlet accurately, select the state (available on top left hand side of the screen) of your preferred service outlet. |
|
Service outlet that is available for e-appointment request will display the e-appointment icon. |
|
Select the preferred service outlet in order to proceed with service e-appointment request. |
|

|
Select the available and your preferred date for e-appointment service booking request. |
|
Tap the preferred time range selection to view the available appointment time |
|
|
|
Select the available and your preferred time slot for e-appointment service booking request. |
|
|
|
Review your appointment summary before confirming your e-appointment request. |
|
Upon review, tap "Submit" to block your service e-appointment slot at the selected service outlet. |
|
|
|
Read and understand the prompt alert as your service e-appointment slot has been blocked and awaiting processing. |
|
To save the service appointment date into your phone calendar, tap "SAVE TO CALENDAR" and allow UFirst mobile app to access your phone calendar to proceed. To close the message dialog, tap "OK". |
