The point that is earned today can only be after it’s already reflected and updated in member’s account.
 
Where can I redeem the UKredit and UKoin?
All redemption can be made through all authorized participated Perodua outlet and other channels that will be decided by Perodua if needed.

If there is any additional or removal of campaign and activities for redemption, Perodua has the rights to make the changes at any time.
 
How do I redeem my UKredit and UKoin?
Currently, all redemption can be done via online through UFirst mobile app and web portal.
 
When can I start redeeming my UKredit and UKoin?
You can redeem your UKredit and UKoin starting from December 2015 onwards.
 
Can I change the redemption item after I redeem it?
No, we did not entertain any change of item after redemption.
 
What will happen to my points if I cancel my account?
It is a mobile version of UFirst Perodua Passport that is accessible on your mobile phone.
