What is UKredit and UKoin? What are the differences? How do I earn them?
UKredit and UKoin are two different points that will be rewarded to members depends on the activity that was done. Do refer below table to easily understand our point system:

  1. UKoin is points collected through member’s spending and activities with Perodua. Points’ collection commences from 1 August 2015 onwards.

  3. UKoin can be used to redeem items, activities/contest, vouchers or UKredit.
  4. UKoin cannot be transferred to another person, vehicle or exchangeable with cash.
  5. UKoin will remain valid for 3 years from the last date of transaction.
  6. UKoin will be reflected in members’ MyPassport in September 2015
  1. UKredit may be in the form of e-voucher to obtain service discount or to purchase selected items from Perodua.
  2. During promotional period, members may use their UKoin to redeem for UKredit, subject to the terms and conditions of the campaign.
  3. UKredit cannot be transferred to another person, vehicles, exchangeable with cash or other items. Exception is made for the usage during Perodua campaigns.
  4. The validity period for each UKredit may vary from 1 to 12 months.
  5. UKredit amount will be reflected in members’ MyPassport in September 2015.

 
Can I transfer my UKoin to my family, friends or someone else?
You can only transfer your UKoin to your MyFamily group members.
 
Can I still collect the UKredit and UKoin without my e-card?
Absolutely, if your e-card is not available, our staff will assist in identifying you as a member through system lookup in which ID number, IC or Passport number, or car registration number.
 
Can I track my UKredit and UKoin earned?
Yes, there are various ways for you to track your UKredit and UKoin either through www.UFirst.com.my, UFirst mobile app and enquiry can also be made at our authorized participated Perodua outlet. Through these channel you able to log into your account and go to your profile in checking your current points.
 
How do I track my point’s transaction?
You can check your point’s transaction at point transaction history through your profile at www.UFirst.com.my and UFirst mobile app.
 
Will my UKredit and UKoin expire?
Yes. For UKoin, in the event if there is no transaction or spending accumulated for more than 36 months from the last transaction, UKoin will expire. For UKredit, the validity period will vary from 1 to 12 months.
 
How do I avoid my accumulated points from expiring?
To avoid your points from expiring, do constantly engage with Perodua or UFirst in term of car servicing or online/on-ground events within 36 months from the last transaction and/or engagement.
 
Can I extend my point’s expiry date?
No, you are not able to extend the point’s expiry date as it will be automatically expire in the system.
