I’ve service my car but there was no point reward been credited to my account?
To start collecting point reward for car service, you need to ensure that your Perodua car status to be approved. Point will not be collected if your car is still under pending status, you need to upload your car document (car registration car or insurance cover note) through UFirst mobile app or website for our admin to verify.
 
How long does it take for the service point to be credited in my UFirst account ?
The service point reward will be credited to members account a day after the service was done.
 
In my UFirst account, my car already been approved but still no point rewarded to my UFirst account after car service?
If your car status already been approved but the point still not awarded, do contact our admin through Enquiry Umail or directly email through UFirst@perodua.com.my for further checking.
