What is UFirst mobile app?
It is a mobile version of UFirst Perodua Passport that is accessible on your mobile phone.
 
What are the minimum mobile phone device requirement to use UFirst mobile app and portal?
Minimum requirement to use UFirst mobile app:
  1. Built-in web browsing capability on your mobile phone.
  2. Data connection. This can be either via WAP, GPRS, EDGE, 3G or 4G-connection. Please contact your mobile service provider to activate your data connection.
Minimum requirement to use UFirst portal:
  1. Internet connection.
  2. Working web browser.
What kind of mobile phones can support UFirst mobile app?
All type of mobile phones that support Android and IOS operating system can use UFirst mobile app.
 
Is it necessary to download the mobile app to start collecting points?
No. It is not a compulsory for you to download the mobile app to start collecting points. As long as you already register and activate your membership, you can start collecting points.
 
Can I use my friend’s phone to login to UFirst mobile app?
Yes. As long as your friend’s phone has UFirst mobile app installed.
