How to participate:
  1. Sign up or login to your UFirst account at www.UFirst.com.my/app or UFirst website. 
  2. Go to 'Redemption' and click on K-Car Global 2019 – Sepang 24H Endurance.
  3. Select your participation option (no of Pax) and key in your car registration number and participant’s details, name and age in the 'Remark' column upon checkout.
  4. Proceed for payment via UFirst e-payment (debit card or online banking only).
  5. For any enquiries or issues or concerns, the participants / teams may e-mail it to UFirst@Perodua.com.my or call 03-60928888 ext. 5433 / 3661.
General Terms & Conditions 
  1. The Event is a new platform for Perodua to get closer with the Perodua brand car owners and their family members. During the Event, various fun activities will be conducted including track activities, safety driving awareness session and other engagement activities.
  2. Perodua Sales Sdn. Bhd. (066332-U) (“PERODUA”) is the event supporter of the “K-Car Global 2019 – Sepang 24H Endurance”  (“Event”).
  3. This Event is open to Malaysian citizens only, in which each participants / teams shall consist of minimum one (1) to five (5) member only that drive Perodua brand cars.
  4. The driver must bring Perodua car during the event. Only registered Perodua brand cars with identification and verification by Perodua or K-Car Global (Malaysia) (“Event Organizer”) is allowed to be used during the event. Failing which, the participation will shall be automatically eliminated and terminated.
  5. There must be with one (1) driver in each participants / teams who possesses valid Malaysian driving license for the required category of vehicle. The licence must be presented during registration.
  6. The driver must be minimum age of 18 years old and above. In the event that the driver is below 18 years old, he / she must be accompanied by the parent(s) or guardian(s) who is / are also participants in this Event. 
  7. The driver must be a registered UFirst member (Perodua Loyalty Program) and had completed the Event’s registration process through UFirst Redemption menu (in the UFirst website).
  8. The registration process shall be closed on Friday 15.11.2019, at 3:00pm.
  9. The entry fee is RM20 which is payable either by cash of RM10 + redemption of 1,000 UKoin (UFirst Points); OR redemption of 10,000 UKoins per car. 
  10. This Event is limited to 100 participants / teams only and admissibility is on the first come, first served basis.
  11. For the purpose of safety, ONLY the driver and one (1) adult/passenger from each participants / teams (with minimum age of 16 years old) are permitted for the driving experience activity at Sepang Circuit (total of 2pax only).
  12. The driver and his / her passenger are required to wear full cover sport shoes, long pants and helmet with minimum of SIRIM compliance. Helmets and sport shoes are not provided.
  13. Each participants / teams shall include of one (1) breakfast meals and (1) lunch meals per pax.
  14. All participants / teams are required to follow and abide by the driving safety regulations as specified by the Event Organizer and related Malaysian road safety authorities. Perodua will not be responsible for any injuries or loss suffered due to the participant’s failure to follow and abide with the regulations.
  15. Perodua reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, vary or delete any part or the whole of this Terms and Conditions of the Event at any time without prior written notice to the participants / teams and the participants / teams agree to observe and comply with the Terms and Conditions or any changes made thereto.
  16. By entering this Event, the participants / teams agree and acknowledge that:
  1. They have read and understood this Terms and Conditions of this Event and agree to be bound by the them;
  2. All registration details, statements and personal details given are true, correct, accurate and complete;
  3. the Perodua reserves the right at its sole and discretion to disqualify any participants / teams  that it determines to be tampering with the Terms and Conditions of the Event, to be acting in breach or potential breach of this Terms and Conditions;
  4. Perodua is authorized to publish/use the participants’ team’s names and/or photographs in any of the Event materials for the purposes of advertising and/or promoting this Event;
  5. all costs and expenses including any payable tax (if applicable) incurred to participate in this Event shall at the sole responsibility of the participants / teams;
  6. the participants / teams agree to defend, indemnify and hold Perodua harmless from and against any suits, claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees that may be arise from or in connection with the Event (if any).
  7. Perodua (including their respective affiliates and related companies) shall not be held responsible and/or answerable to any damages, losses or liabilities arise from the publication including but not limited to the posting of the same in the Perodua’s website and/or any public domain
  8. Perodua hereby disclaimed all liabilities towards the body injuries, loss suffered, or damages to belongings of the participants / teams (including but not limited to the Perodua brand cars duly used to join the Event. Should the participants / teams are not of the registered pwner of the Perodua brands cars which are used to join the Event, such participants / teams are fully responsible to get the registered owner’s written permission (authorisation letter) to be presented to Perodua during registration. 
  9. Any images or pictorial used in promoting this Event are for illustration purposes only.
  1. This Terms and conditions herein is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and Perodua and the participants / teams shall submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  2. By entering this Event, the participants / teams agree and give consent for Perodua to use the personal data provided by the participants / teams to Perodua for the purposes of the Event and related activities thereof.
