PERODUA Voucher Terms and Conditions:
  1. The Voucher validity is for one (1) year and will be credited to customer in the form of e-Voucher. Once credited, customer can view the e-Voucher via UFirst App/Web (under U-Voucher page). Kindly ensure that you enter a valid contact number and car number during redemption request is made.
  2. This e-Voucher is personalised for a particular car registration number and cannot be used for other car registration number and cannot be transferred to another car.
  3. This e-Voucher entitle the customers for car service up to RM40.00 at any Perodua Service outlets only (Branches and Authorised Dealers). 
  4. The value of this e-Voucher is valid for transactions in Ringgit Malaysia. 
  5. This e-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
  6. The validity of e-Voucher is as per validity date specified on the e-Voucher. Any expired e-Voucher will not be replaced. 
  7. If the value of the services exceed the awarded sum, then the difference will be borne by the customer.
  8. If the value of goods/services is less than the awarded sum, no refund will be entertained.

Redemption Procedures:
  1. Made a redemption via UFirst App or Website (www.ufirst.com.my) .
  2. UFirst Admin will process the redemption within seven (7) working days
  3. UFirst Admin will process the redemption within seven (7) working days from the redemption request date.
  4. The Perodua e-Voucher will be credited to UFirst member account. Once credited, member can view the Perodua e-Voucher via UFirst App/Web (Click button/menu MyPassport> MyRewards> U-Voucher). 
  5. Kindly ensure that you enter a valid mobile number and car number during redemption request is made.
  6. Terms apply and while stocks last.
